In November 2019, Brandon Stowe, a highly-regarded trainer in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical industries, began consulting directly with companies through on-site sales and systems training. He worked closely with business owners and managers, helping them develop effective processes and systems that allowed them to focus on scaling their businesses instead of getting bogged down in daily operations. Out of this hands-on consulting experience, HVAC Einstein was born. By 2020, Brandon and his team had successfully visited and consulted with over 50 companies across the United States, providing transformative business solutions.

Founded in 2022, Pathway Partners Group is a strategic acquisitions firm dedicated to helping companies with annual revenues between $2-4 million achieve accelerated growth. Between 2022 and 2023, Pathway Partners successfully acquired partial or full equity in 11 home service businesses across the United States, while also executing multiple successful exits. The firm has consistently demonstrated its ability to grow both its portfolio and investment brands. In 2023, Pathway Partners acquired HVAC Einstein to enhance training for its portfolio companies, and in 2024, Power Crew University merged with Pathway Partners to form Pathway Platform, a best practices organization serving contractors nationwide.
