Jason Amato officially establishes Power Crew University, inspired by his success as the founder of Power Crew Electrical and his passion for empowering others in the electrical service industry. The university is founded with a mission to bridge the knowledge gap in business management and sales for electricians, focusing on practical, results-driven training.
Power Crew University starts by offering workshops and courses that teach electricians how to optimize their service processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive profitability. Jason’s innovative approach, combining field-tested techniques with a deep understanding of business fundamentals, quickly sets Power Crew University apart as a trusted resource for contractors aiming to scale their businesses.

HVAC Einstein Consulting
In November 2019, Brandon Stowe, a renowned trainer and successful home service business owner, began offering on-site sales and systems consulting to HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical companies. With a proven track record of starting and managing successful brands across the U.S., including CrackerJack Air Pros, Brandon worked closely with business owners and managers to develop streamlined processes that freed them from daily operational challenges, allowing them to focus on scaling their businesses. This hands-on consulting experience gave rise to HVAC Einstein. By 2020, Brandon and his team had transformed over 50 companies across the United States with tailored, results-driven solutions.

Founded in 2022, Pathway Partners Group is a strategic acquisitions firm specializing in driving growth for companies with annual revenues of $2–4 million. By 2023, the firm had acquired equity in 11 home service businesses across the United States and executed multiple successful exits, showcasing its expertise in scaling portfolio and investment brands. In 2023, Pathway Partners acquired HVAC Einstein to enhance training for its companies, and in 2024, it merged with Power Crew University to create the Pathway Platform, a nationwide best practices organization for contractors.
