Who is Brandon Stowe?
Brandon Stowe is a serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of CrackerJack Air Pros, CrackerJack Plumbing Pros, Fix-It-Fast Appliances, Lifetime Heating, and half a dozen other home service companies serving multiple states across the United States. After building and crashing his first company, Stowe Mechanical in the early 2010’s Brandon set out on a mission to become the best operator that he could be. He began teaching the HVAC programs at the Northwest College of Construction in Portland Oregon. In 2017 he founded Thermal Tech Refrigeration in Tacoma, Washington and later founded HVAC Einstein training and coaching organization in 2019 in San Diego, California. Brandon and his team launched several software projects between 2020 and 2024 aimed at innovating the home service space. His work in software and AI has been instrumental in developing technology that is used in AI driven call centers and call by call platforms. Brandon sees himself as an out of the box thinker and has helped many organizations with innovative solutions to our industries toughest challenges.

Service Manager – P&L Johnson Mechanical

Brandon entered the trades in 2004, and in 2008 he became the service manager for P&L Johnson Mechanical in Astoria, Oregon. Brandon would eventually become the general manager and oversee the companies growth from 12m/yr annually to over 24m/yr by the time he left in 2014.

State of Oregon Military Department Engineer
In 2014, Brandon became the youngest engineer in state history working for the Oregon Military department at Camp Rilea in Warrenton Oregon. It was here that Brandon led a first of its kind “Net Zero Initiative” to reduce the bases energy consumption footprint to zero. This meant that he had to design and execute an energy generation strategy that would offset the bases usage. He successfully achieved this goal in 2015 as he oversaw a staff of 60 employees.

Stowe Mechanical

In June of 2015, Brandon had his Entreprenurial seizure, as explained in Michael Gerber’s E-Myth and founded his first HVAC company, Stowe Mechanical. Brandon grew the company quickly to 5.1 million dollars in revenue in the first 12 months of operation.
Aug 2017-2019
Lifetime Heating and Thermal Tech Refrigeration
Brandon furthered his walk into the home services industry by becoming a founding member of Lifetime Heating and Air Conditioning in Snohomish, Washington and Thermal Tech Refrigeration in Tacoma, Washington. Brandon was introduced to BDR during this time and Service Nation. He would exit Lifetime in 2019 and Thermal Tech Refrigeration the same year before moving to California.

CrackerJack Home Services

In 2019 Brandon bought CrackerJack Appliance Repair and began converting the company to serve HVAC and Plumbing through CrackerJack Air Pros and CrackerJack Plumbing Pros. Brandon would expand his vision and open multiple branches across seven states over the next 4 years, creating a local market leading HVAC and Plumbing business with over 100 employees total.

Home Service Matrix

In 2020 Brandon bought a local coding company based out of Detroit Michigan, Corktown Code and relocated it to California to build the Home Service Matrix or Sales Matrix software. He would spend the next 4 years curating a team of software engineers, UX designers, web designers, and product managers to complete various software projects for business clients across the country and would develop the first AI voice and telephony software for the service industry in late 2023 Call Center Ai.

Pathway Partners Group

In 2022 Brandon founded Pathway Partners Group to serve as an M&A company in the home services sector. That same year he and his team closed deals with Premier Comfort in Florida, Bellaire Air in Texas, LiveWire Electric in Washington, Trantel Services in Oregon, and several other service businesses. He would successfully exit these businesses by 2024 while growing his core holding CrackerJack Air Pros.
