Who is Jason Amato?
Jason Amato is a man of faith who inspired countless individuals to achieve success in their professional lives. As the head trainer at Power Crew University, he brought a diverse range of experiences and accomplishments to the table.
Jason’s extensive contributions spanned various roles, including inspirational speaker, coach, consultant, CEO, entrepreneur, master electrician, author, youth coach, and scout leader. Through his speaking engagements, coaching, consulting work, and leadership positions, he empowered individuals to pursue their dreams and reach new heights in their personal and professional lives.
As a successful CEO and entrepreneur, Jason emphasized innovation, customer service, and employee empowerment, helping build thriving businesses. His mentorship led over a dozen former employees to launch their own successful ventures, underscoring his dedication to entrepreneurship and his genuine desire to support others in their journeys. As a home service business owner he was inducted into the Home Service Hall of fame by the largest organization in the industry and back-to-back recipient of the Training Company Of The Year award.

Feb 2001
Contractor 2000
Jason became an implementer at Contractor 2000 and was integral to the research and development team during this time. During Jasons time with Contractor 2000 he developed with Chris Raspino the Technician My Way booklet and training series which stands to be the most developed technician training system built during that time. Contractor 2000 would eventually become Nexstar Network in 2004 and would continue to use systems and processes that Jason helped develop during his time with the organization.

Success Group International (SGI)
In May of 2004, Jason received an invitation from Patrick Kennedy, the president of Mr. Sparky and founder of ESI (Electricians Success International) inside of SGI to join their best practice organization. SGI was founded by Jim Abrams as the first real best practice organization helping contractors across the United States succeed in home services. While at SGI, Jason was tasked with running SGIs Success Days and worked for the group as a presenter and speaker at various expos between 2004-2015. Jason also was the top scoreboard performer for many consecutive years with Power Crew Electrical. Jason was inducted into the Home Service Hall of Fame while SGI was the largest organization of its kind in the home service industry and became a back-to-back recipient of the Trainer of The Year Award in 2010 and 2011 and the Business Company of the Year award in 2010.

Founded Power Crew Electric
In April of 2005 Jason founded Power Crew Electric, an electrical home service business serving residents across Omaha, Nebraska. Jason used his previously acquired experience to build an organization that would position itself as a local market leader based on the best practices, he had learned from Nexstar Network and SGI. Power Crew would become a highly regarded company in the area serving over 24,000 customers with 5 star service. Jason sold his shares in the company and joined Clockwork franchise group as a franchisee with Mr Sparky in 2007.
Jan 2009 – Present
Power Crew University
In January of 2009 Jason launched Power Crew University, an online and on-site coaching and training organization aimed at helping Plumbing and HVAC companies who wanted to add Electrical verticals to their business become successful. Eventually Power Crew University would serve the home service industry as a business consulting agency that helped business owners who were confused on what step to take to grow their business make the right choices and grow in prosperity. Today Jason continues his legacy with Pathway Partners Group changing lives and challenging conventional thought. Jason’s experience is being passed down to the next generation of home service entrepreneurs to succeed in their journey.
